Reform Jewish Voice of New Jersey

Advocacy Day in Trenton: March 15

Join Reform Jewish leaders and advocates of other faiths from across the state for an exciting and inspiring Environmental Advocacy Day on Thursday, March 15.

With environmental issues ranging from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative to water pollution facing the New Jersey state legislature, faith-based advocacy for the environment is more important than ever.  Reform Jewish Voice of New Jersey is partnering with GreenFaith, a leading interfaith environmental organization, to bring us together in Trenton. GreenFaith works with several New Jersey synagogues as part of the Greening Reform Judaism Pilot Program, and advocacy is an important part of this effort.

Meet others like you who care about greening our places of worship, homes and communities; learn from environmental activists; receive advocacy training; and speak with elected officials on important environmental issues.
